I know that in column b the last letter of the previous state is also the first letter of the following state. Column A has me stumped...
Answer.......Column A: Each state name has one letter more than the state above it.
Column B: The last letter in the first state's name is the first letter in the second state's name, and the last letter in the second state's name is the first letter in the third state's name, and so on.
