To my infinite knowledge, I do not believe there are any. Capitalization doesn't change the pronunciation of the word, it only defines it as a proper noun.
That the Groups' Blog will cease publication effective Saturday July 31. The Blog will not have any updates after this date! For those of you whom have followed, I thank you for your support!
